Our boxing workouts provide great cardio and strength training with jump rope, bag work, medicine ball drills, and abdominal exercises. We teach classical boxing skills and training techniques, focused on footwork, combinations, timing, and conditioning.
Our kickboxing classes involve high-intensity body weight and plyometric exercises, designed for improved conditioning, explosiveness, agility, and flexibility. Classes integrate combos of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to cover a full range of motion and techniques.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA)
Mixed martial arts combines the disciplines of boxing, muay thai, and jiu jitsu. Whether your goals are to compete against the world’s best, train in the martial arts, learn self defense, or get in shape and learn something new, our coaches start with the fundamentals through drilling and class instruction.
GI and NO-GI JIU JITSU
Burke Jiu Jitsu will help you find your style of Jiu jitsu. Training both Gi and No-GI will help you become a well-rounded and all together better grappler. With a submission orientated style, Burke Jiu Jitsu will help you learn body awareness, calmness under pressure, and your body limitations. The program is led by First Degree Black Belt Andy Burke.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
We have a number of strength and conditioning and fitness classes to compliment our programs in the martial arts. Our coaches incorporate weight training, circuits, and abdominal core exercises in a welcoming and motivating class setting.
Our youth classes in boxing and jiu jitsu are designed to make sure every kid has fun and is comfortable while learning the discipline of each sport. Our instructors focus on the basics, and as the kids progress, they learn how to be competitive and start developing their own skill set.
PERSONAL TRAINING AND COACHING
Outside of teaching classes, all of our instructors offer personal training or coaching to best meet your needs and goals. We cater to each individual and offer flexible one-on-one scheduling throughout the week.
